Shipping Options

Garage Gear & Co. provides two shipping methods:

  • Standard Free Shipping: Your order ships within 20 days and arrives 3 days after shipment (holidays excluded)
  • Expedited Shipping: Your order ships within 7 days and arrives 3 days after shipment (holidays excluded). This premium option includes an additional fee.

A customer representative will contact you shortly after your order to discuss expediting options. We recommend choosing expedited shipping for delivery within 7 days or less.

Note: Manufacturer backorders or shortages may affect delivery timelines. Our team will notify you of any delays.

Payment Process

We don't charge your credit card immediately upon ordering. We'll contact you to confirm your shipping preference before processing payment.

Order Confirmation

You'll receive a confirmation email with your order number and receipt. If missing, check your spam folder or email support@garagegearco.com with "Order Confirmation Not Received" in the subject line.

Additional Information

  • Holiday Processing: In-stock orders may experience delays during holidays
  • Multiple Orders: Orders are not combined into single shipments
  • Protection Services: Must be purchased before shipment
    • Loss Protection: Covers items lost during shipping only (not after delivery)
    • Damage Protection: Covers shipping damage only (not after delivery)
    • Both require documentation for manufacturer claims
